Shop around. You need to find some one with whom you feel you can connect and feel comfortable. Like looking for the right doctor or sales assistant it will be the difference between a positive or negative experience.

Speak to several stylists on the telephone. You will soon know who you can work with and who you can’t. This is important because, don’t forget, this is a working partnership that you are embarking on and in order to be successful you need personalities that will work together in a positive way.

Each stylist will work in a different way even though the process may seem to be similar.

Experience has taught me that you can teach facts for a day but that by teaching someone to think you give them knowledge for life. Hence, I have developed Creative Led Style as a way of working with my clients. CLS recognises that there are two essential areas to understanding and using style successfully:

You can have one without the other but they are extremely powerful allies and have given past clients confidence and enjoyment in their future style choices whether it be for themselves at work or leisure or in their homes gardens and entertaining.
