An initial consultation will help us to decide on a personal plan to meet your needs. Your plan will be tailored to your requirements and take into account whether you are developing a room(s) to live in or presenting a home for sale, but might typically include:

• First impressions -verbal and written advice on what you can do to make your home instantly at its most saleable
• A house presentation plan drawn up with your budget in mind from total revamp to sourcing a few well chosen accessories
• De-cluttering action
• Sourcing and buying what you need to sell your property

HOME SHOPPING  A whole, half a day or two half days:

• Pre-shop briefing of your needs and budget
• In a location of your choice
• Shopping together or sourcing for you to make faster choices
